November??!
That’s crazy.
So October flew by, and I am looking forward to really slowing down this month. Daylight Savings helps with that for sure. Good luck getting me out of the house past 5pm for the next few months. It’s holiday season over here! 🎄
This month, I’m working on a brand refresh for a past client, packaging designs, and traveling to Philadelphia to speak to FAers! I’ve never been, so let me know if you have recs for me.
Hope you have a delightful month!

Living with Friedreich’s Ataxia can be isolating. But it does not have to be! There is something powerful about connecting with people who really understand what you are going through. That’s where PatientsLikeMe and their FA community come in. If you are living with FA or caring for someone who is, this space is worth checking out.

Experiences I’ve Had Thanks to FA
When I was first diagnosed with Friedreich’s Ataxia in 2019 at the age of 22, I felt like I wouldn’t be able to participate in all the joyful experiences in life I had expected to.
Over the years, I’ve had so many opportunities and experiences that have consistently proved that inner belief to be all wrong.
